Request a Service from an Teladoc Health Device

Some Lite 4 devices are equipped to allow the user to request a consultation with a medical specialist.

Requesting a Consult from a Lite 4

  1. Tap anywhere on the screen to access the available services and providers.

  • A screen displays with the available specialties.

  1. Select the specialty from the available list.
    • A status screen displays
  2. Enter the patient's name or ID.

  1. Select Continue.

  1. Select one or more reasons.

 

The screen will change when the specialist connects to the device.
