Vici Troubleshooting

Check the Vici Status Screen by tapping .

This will display WiFi connection, battery charge, and status.

Symptom Action
Vici cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Contact Teladoc Health Technical support to assist in configuring WiFi.
Vici screen is black/blank. Verify that the Vici is plugged in. Quickly press and release power button. If the screen remains black/blank, make sure the device is powered on– See Vici Power On.
Vici says “Please plug me in.” Plug in the device. It is low on battery.
