Pre-Call Diagnostics

Pre-Call Diagnostics provides a method to test your video connection.

NOTE: In the event that a firewall or other security appliance prevents adequate access to the Teladoc Health Network, you will be notified with troubleshooting steps.

 

  1. Click the User icon and then Pre-call Diagnostics.
  2.  

    Select User Icon

     

  3. Select a camera using the Web Camera.
  4. Select Camera

     

  5. Use the Microphone drop down.
  6. Once done, select the test icon (Test Video)
  7. Test Connection

     

  8. A green bar will display as your test progresses.
  9. When done, a green SUCCESS checkmark will appear.
  10. Connection Success
