Cancel Appointment

You can cancel a patient appointment at any time and for any reason using the right Patient panel. Physicians can select a reason or manually type in other reasons at the time of cancellation.

 

  1. Use the Patient Search bar to find and select your patient. Search Patients
  2. Your patient's history and information will populate the Patient panel.
  3. Note: If the appointment is today, your patient's name will appear in Services and Queue.

     

  4. If the appointment is not displayed, S select All Visits or All Encounters.
  5. NOTE: If your practice is setup for Emergent Care, the term All Visits will be replaced with All Encounters.

  6. If your appointment is in the future, select Upcoming.

  8. View a summary of your patient's appointment from the middle Appointment panel.
  9. Select Cancel button from the middle panel.
