Search Patients

The search bar allows providers to search for existing patients.

  1. Enter an existing patient's name, or ID to search. Search results are ordered based on the local formats.

    2. Note: As you type, matching results will appear in a dropdown menu.

  2. Select one of the patients from the Search Patient dropdown. The middle panel will populate with the patient name that match your entry.
  3. Select the Advanced Search button for advanced options.
  4. Refine your search using the Filters options that open from the right Filter panel. Search on patient name, DOB, MRN, visit date, Waiting Room, and Care Location.

  5. Select apatient from one of the patient bars

    6. Select Patient

  6. Once you locate your patient, the right panel will open to display your patient's information.
